Wonderful experience with Dr. Michaelis. Dr. Michaelis is kind and very caring regarding your health. She reviews results of your blood work with you and allows for any questions you may have. I recommend Dr. Michaelis for anyone who wants a caring and thoughtful endocrinologist.

I Cannot say that I am always comfortable with the doctor's I see, but Dr. Jamal makes me feel comfortable & NOT like I'm just another patient she just can't wait to get rid of...
A very pleasant caring doctor that makes you feel like you're someone even though you may be poor, black, old & no one of importance!
I think she's Great, WE need more like her!

I love Dr Koshy!! he has been taking care of my endocrine system for several years....I refuse to go anywhere else! He is always very interested in my concerns!! He LISTENS to what I have to say and does not blow me off like other doctors!

Dr. Koshy is well educated, compassionate and takes time to explain test results, medication needs and plan of care. He listens and answers questions. His staff is service oriented and professional.
Dr. Koshy is an asset to this practice and to Methodist West. I would highly recommend him to others in need of a physician in the endocrine field.

All of the employees I had contact with were very professional and kind. The wait time was short and Dr Michaelis was thorough and took all time she needed to make sure she had answered my questions and gave me the orders I needed for further tests. Overall, I have no complaints about my visit today.

This office staff is Always Professional, kind and courteous. They make you feel welcome and comfortable about being serviced here. Your health is important as well as your visit with them from the waiting room to exam room you are made to feel like Top priority.
